Your shipment will arrive in a discreetly wrapped, plain envelope or secure plain carton without advertisements. Only the name of our fulfillment house, Effex Media, LLC. will appear as the return address.

The name of our fulfillment house will also be used on your credit card statement.

We will only contact you when there is a problem with your order that we cannot solve internally.
